Payroll Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Ensuring that all payroll transactions for holdings and operating companies are processed efficiently.
  • Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Compile and report a summary of your income, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages.
  • Calculate employee taxes, employer social security, and workers' compensation payments to determine payroll obligations.
  • Create ad hoc operational and financial reporting for payroll as needed.
  • Resolving pay disparities among employees.
  • Carry out the payroll process in accordance with the policies and procedures in place.
  • Form 1721A should be prepared for processing PPh21 for employees, both for Parent Companies and Operating Companies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about pay, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions.
  • Other ad hoc duties. If delegated by commanding officers.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • S1 majoring in Finance and Accounting
  • Min. 2 years in the same field
  • Familiar with regulations related to Employment and Employment BPJS
  • Understanding of Individual Income Tax
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Mastering one or several software or applications related to Finance, Accounting and Taxation.
  • Age max. 30 years
  • Initiative, Accuracy, Detail Oriented, Communication, Good Interpersonal, Fast Learner, Able to work in a team and Good Attitude Characteristic
  • Active English
